Mecalux Widespan Racking is the strongest hand-loaded racking system available to buy through Speedy Shelving. The fully modular system offers an extensive number of combinations across 4 heights, 6 widths and 2 depths. Levels are offered from 1200mm to 2700mm in width and either 600mm or 900mm in depth. Frames are offered from 1500mm high to 3000mm high. Widespan racking is designed for large and heavy loads with the added benefit of being able to set the first level at height so pallets can be stored beneath the system. Commonly found in large warehouses, factories and workshops. Levels are offered with up to 850kg UDL depending on the size chosen. Galvanised steel shelves are suitable for damp and cold environments and areas where fire could be a hazard.
